Jerry Drake, Executive Director - Jerry is a lifelong Alaskan and has lived for the last 30 years in Bethel. A considerable amount of those 30 years were spent in commercial aviation. Since 1996, he has been involved in building maintenance, construction and property management. He started work with Bethel Community Services Foundation in November of 2001 overseeing building maintenance and construction activities. Since April of 2004, he has also been the administrative staff for the Foundation, when the foundation converted from a supporting organization to an organization supporting the greater community. He is a licensed commercial pilot and holds State of Alaska certificates for water treatment and distribution and boiler operator. Additionally he has over 30 certificates of training in such specialized areas as building inspection, construction, HVAC, accounting and grant making. He has been married to Anna since 1990; between them they have 5 children and 9 grandchildren. Hobbies are spending time with family and travel with his wife.
