Janelle Vanasse, Secretary/Treasurer - Janelle Vanasse has a masters degree in education and is currently the site administrator at Bethel Regional High school. She has lived in Alaska for thirteen years and in rural Alaska for the last ten of these. She led the regional Yuut Elitnaurviat effort, a multi- agency initiative to establish career education for both youth and adults in the Kuskokwim Region. She remains an advocate for education in rural Alaska and is an active member in the Bethel community. Her spare time is spent with her husband Kurt and their young boys, Aidan and Jasper.
